MR. C STEVEN BAILEY: I am an accredited specialist in ophthalmic medicine and surgery. I did my specialist training at London Teaching Hospitals and I finished that specialist training at Moorefield’s Eye Hospital where I still work. I hold fellowships at the Royal College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. And I’m one of a few refractive surgeons who has the Royal College of Ophthalmologists certificate in laser refractive surgery.
